About Manoa MAGIS
The library offers its array of spatial information services to include on-line viewing of aerial photography and supporting Geographic Information Systems teaching and research on campus.
Our Mission
To serve the UH-Manoa community, the citizens of Hawaii, the Asia-Pacific region and researchers worldwide by connecting them to spatial information (Maps, Aerial Photographs, GIS), in its analog or digital forms to enhance and integrate geographic information in their teaching and research.
MAGIS is an acryonm for Maps, Aerials and GIS. To this end, we have large format printer/scanner to help us scan, print and copy poster size items. PCs with GIS software and remote sensing software are also available.
